Our story
About Us
We exist to help communities lead their own development with dignity, transparency, and practical support.
Who we are
A community-first NGO rooted in rural Uttarakhand.
VAIBHAV LAXMI LOK SAMVRIDHI SANSTHA was founded in 2012 to support education, health, water preservation, women-led livelihoods, environment, and rural development.
We believe lasting change begins when communities participate in planning, implementation, monitoring, and ownership. Our role is to mobilize resources, connect expertise, and stand beside people as they solve local challenges.
Mission
Enable community-led development
To create practical, transparent, and inclusive programs that improve learning, health, livelihoods, and environmental resilience.
Vision
Dignified villages with equal opportunity
To see rural communities where children learn, women lead, families access care, and natural resources are protected.
Values
Trust, dignity, accountability
We work with respect, publish project information, listen to communities, and measure progress honestly.
Founder message
"Change becomes stronger when people feel ownership."
Our foundation began with simple village conversations about education, water, health, and livelihood. Today, we continue with the same belief: communities are not beneficiaries alone; they are partners in the work.
